The Turkish Oba was established by the Emir of Kuwait, Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jabir al-Sabah, at the gulf festival organized for the people of Kuwait. In the visual design process, icons, colors and illustrations of Turkish culture were determined for the people of Kuwait, who love and closely follow Turkish and Ottoman culture.
